BADDY (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates joinbaddy.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Users are responsible for all content they upload.

Prohibited content includes illegal material, non-consensual content, minors, IP violations, violence, harassment, fraud, and privacy violations.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Creators receive 85% and the platform retains 15%.

BADDY may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
